With a background in mechanical engineering and construction, our CEO Jessica Oakley brings an understanding of the development and execution process that has helped her complete thousands of successful energy projects and oversee the rapid growth of Influent Energy.

When Jessica is not analyzing energy data, meeting with our partners or researching policy for new markets, she enjoys reading, managing a bustling household of three children with her husband of 20 years and planning her escape to an olive grove in Italy.
